Together, we are facing unprecedented times with the effects of the COVID-19 Virus. We wanted to assure our customers that their safety is our number one concern, and we are monitoring the situation closely, adapting all current and future recommendations from the State of Michigan, including the executive order signed by our governor, and all applicable state, federal, and local agencies including the CDC and FDA.

In addition to adhering to our stringent food safety practices and systems that are already in place, we are implementing the following measures to protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, especially as we embark on Easter, our busiest time of year.

• We will be closing our retail store to walk-in customers effective Monday, March 23rd, 2020.

• We also offer shipping services for all other orders through the USPS.

 

We understand that some of these measures that we are currently facing place a great burden on our everyday life, but we believe that the best way to stop the spread of this virus and protect those most vulnerable is to make these necessary sacrifices.

Easter at Ross’ has been a tradition for our customers for 72 years, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times and we look forward to continuing being part of your family traditions for years to come.
